Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with Canadian and Ontario privacy law.

Last updated: August 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Zinovative Health Alliance Inc. (“Zinovative Health Alliance”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information. We are committed to handling your information in accordance with the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where we handle personal health information, Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004 (PHIPA).

This page is a good-faith template tailored to Ontario/Canada. It should be reviewed by legal counsel and finalized before the site goes live.

Information we collect

We collect only the information we need to provide and improve our services, including:

  • Contact details you provide through our forms — such as your name, email, phone number, and city.
  • Enquiry details — the information you choose to share about the support or staffing you are seeking, or the role you are applying for.
  • Personal health information — only where necessary to plan and deliver care, and only with your consent or as permitted by PHIPA. We ask you not to include sensitive health details in website forms.
  • Technical information — basic, non-identifying server logs used to keep the site secure and reliable. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this website.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request.
  • To plan, coordinate, and deliver care or staffing, and to communicate with you about it.
  • To consider and process employment applications.
  • To meet legal, regulatory, and safety obligations.

Consent

We collect, use, and disclose personal information with your consent, except where the law permits or requires otherwise. Our forms use clear, express (opt-in) consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual limits, by contacting our Privacy Officer using the details below.

Electronic messages (CASL)

We only send commercial electronic messages where we have your consent, and every such message identifies us and includes a way to unsubscribe. We honour unsubscribe requests promptly.

Disclosure of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with our authorized staff and trusted service providers who help us operate, only as needed and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations, or where required or permitted by law. Where we handle personal health information, we limit collection, use, and disclosure to what is reasonably necessary (the “data-minimization” principle under PHIPA).

Safeguards

We protect personal information with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity, including access controls, encryption in transit, and staff training. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond appropriately to any incident.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described here or to meet legal and regulatory requirements, after which we securely dispose of it.

Your rights

Subject to legal exceptions, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request corrections, and to ask questions about how we handle it. To exercise these rights, contact our Privacy Officer.

Cookies & analytics

This website is designed to be privacy-first. We self-host our fonts and do not load third-party advertising or tracking scripts by default. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent.

Contact — Privacy Officer

Questions, requests, or concerns about your privacy can be directed to our Privacy Officer:

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario for matters involving personal health information.
